We are stepping into the twisted lore of Majora's Mask to examine a weapon born of pure, concentrated dark energy: the Fierce Deity Sword.

The Hollow Casting Paradox: 21cm yet only 71g

If you are a regular at our forge, you know we love heavy metal. So, when you see a weapon that is 21cm long, you might expect it to weigh over 100 grams. Yet, the Fierce Deity Sword tips our scales at exactly 71 grams.

Is it hollow plastic? Absolutely not. It is 100% cold zinc alloy. The weight reduction is a result of extreme geometric engineering.

Take a look at the scale when held directly across the palm of our blacksmith's hand.

The blade is practically a metallic infinity symbol. It splits at the hilt into two distinct ribbons of metal, twisting around empty space before violently rejoining at the razor-thin tip. Casting a hollow structure like this in liquid zinc without the metal warping or snapping as it cools requires incredibly precise mold temperature control. That 71g weight makes it a perfectly balanced, lightweight artifact that feels incredibly fast and lethal in your fingers.

The Toxic Teal Gradient

Unlike the regal golds and purples of Hyrulean royal guard weapons, the Fierce Deity is chaotic.

We didn't just paint this sword flat green. We applied a multi-layer metallic electroplating process that creates a stunning teal-to-green gradient. The color shifts dynamically depending on the angle of your desk lamp, perfectly replicating the magical, otherworldly aura of the mask that created it. The grip features a molded, crisscross wrapping texture, ensuring this 21cm artifact won't slip when you are admiring it.
