How big is 20.5cm (8.1"), really?
About as tall as a paperback novel stood on end, with real heft behind it: 137g (4.8 oz), closer to a baseball than a prop replica. Check the in-hand photo above for the honest read.
Is the blade sharp?
No. Every edge is cast blunt straight from the mold. This is a display collectible, not a functional weapon, and we recommend it for ages 14+.
Does it come with a sheath?
Yes. The wave-and-spiral engraved scabbard ships alongside the blade, cast in the same die-cast zinc alloy and finished with its own gold cap and blue gem accent, so you can display them together or separately.
Why is the blade black instead of silver?
It's a hand-applied dark finish laid over the cast metal, kept separate from the silver-white edge so the two tones read clearly from any angle — built to look distinct from the rest of the collection, not identical to it.
