Tessaiga: The Sword of Destruction
Tessaiga is the fang blade Totosai forged from Tōga's own fang for his half-demon son — one of three fangs the dog-demon lord split between his heirs before he died. In its dormant state it looks like an ordinary rusted blade; it only shows its true, curved fang-shaped form in the hands of someone protecting a human. Its signature move, the Wind Scar, is said to fell a hundred demons in one swing, and later techniques like the Backlash Wave and Meidō Zangetsuha build on that same power as the story goes on.
Our replica is built as a wearable piece rather than a straight desk-only display: a fang-shaped 22 cm (8.7 in) die-cast zinc alloy blade on a reddish-brown woven cord grip, finished off with a gold-tone keyring clasp and a soft white fur-effect pom-pom at the guard — light enough to clip onto a bag or a set of keys, and still dense enough at 71 g (2.5 oz) to stand on a shelf without tipping.

Tenseiga: The Sword of Life
Tenseiga is the other half of the same fang — the healing power Tōga deliberately split away from Tessaiga before handing his younger son the power to kill, leaving his older, full-blooded demon son a blade that can't cut anything living at all. It can't harm the living, but it can see the pallbearers of the underworld, and a single swing that fells them can revive dozens of recently fallen souls in the same stroke — a power its wielder resented at first.
Our replica pairs a 26 cm (10.2 in) die-cast zinc alloy blade with a satin-black lacquer-look scabbard (the scabbard itself is lacquered plastic, not die-cast metal — disclosed here, not hidden) and a blue diamond-wrapped grip under a red tsuba. At 52 g (1.8 oz) it's noticeably lighter in the hand than Tessaiga, despite being the longer of the two.

Is Tenseiga's scabbard metal too?
No — the blade is die-cast zinc alloy, but the scabbard is lacquered plastic finished to look like satin-black lacquerware.
