What's the Heaviest Zelda Replica We Make?
By raw weight, it's the Master Sword — 183g (6.5 oz) across 28cm (11.0"), the single heaviest cast in the armory and the only piece priced above our standard $19.99. But raw weight isn't the whole story. Divide weight by length and a different champion emerges.
Which Replica Is Actually the Densest?
The Hylian Shield. At 177g (6.2 oz) packed into just 12cm (4.7"), it works out to roughly 14.75 grams per centimeter — nearly double the density of the Master Sword (6.5 g/cm) despite weighing less overall. Hand someone the Hylian Shield right after the Master Sword and watch them recalibrate; it's the "heavier than it looks" prize of the whole collection.
It's not alone at the top, either — the runner-up is also a shield. Why Do Swords Average More Weight Than Any Other Class?
Sort by class average instead of single pieces, and swords come out on top: our 11 swords average 95.0g each, more than any other category — even though the single densest object in the armory is a shield. Shields average 86.8g, boomerangs 61.0g, bows 62.4g, and polearms are the lightest class on average at 59.25g. The one-off Iron Sledgehammer sits alone at 113g, heavier than any class average but too small a sample to call a category.
At the other end: the lightest single piece in the whole armory is the Traveler's Bow at 41g (1.4 oz), narrowly beating the tied-lightest pair — Royal Halberd and Royal Guard's Spear, both 43g.
