The Full Lineup, Heaviest to Lightest

Yama leads at 63 g (2.2 oz) — in the game it's the trophy blade you take from the final boss, Mara, once she's defeated, and the real piece backs that up: the entire surface is covered in circuit-like etching with green accents, hilt and blade seamlessly fused into one shape, no seam and no sheath. TsuruGR-74 follows at 59 g (2.1 oz), silver-grey with tech grooves and a small red accent near the pommel, plus a keychain ring — the same detail Sentinel carries at the other end of the table. Seisouken and Izanami tie at 50 g (1.8 oz) each, the only two pieces in the lineup that weigh exactly the same. They don't look alike, though: Seisouken is the only piece here that ships with an actual scabbard — black, with gold-colored fittings, and a wavy hamon line down the blade — while Izanami skips the sheath entirely and shows off exposed, interwoven wiring across the hilt with a two-tone gold-and-dark blade. The Undoer sits at 48 g (1.7 oz), the most ornate piece in the set: a segmented, chain-link blade fading from translucent red near the hilt to solid black at the tip, a gold guard, and a red fabric tassel hanging off the pommel. Sentinel closes out the lineup at 45 g (1.6 oz), the lightest piece, with a compact, tool-like grip and a keychain ring of its own.

Which One Has a Scabbard?

Just Seisouken. It's the only piece in the lineup that ships as a two-piece set — blade and scabbard — rather than a single cast form. Slide the blade out to display it bare, or leave it sheathed; either way, nothing else about it moves. The other five pieces are each a single, solid die-cast casting with no separate parts.
