How big is 22cm (8.7"), really?
Just a touch longer than a pair of chopsticks laid end to end, and noticeably light at 74g (2.6 oz) — lighter than most of our 30cm blades. The handheld photo above gives you the honest scale.
Is the blade sharp?
No — every edge and point is cast blunt straight from the mold. It's a solid die-cast display collectible, not a functional weapon, recommended for ages 14+.
What's the small ring at the tip of the pommel for?
It's a finishing detail carried through from the casting itself — cast in as part of the same solid zinc-alloy body as the rest of the hilt, not a separate attachment. Purely a design flourish, not a functional fitting.
