Solid die-cast zinc alloy, 22cm (8.7"), 112g (4 oz) — that's the Crystal Knife replica, shipped free worldwide by BlacksmithSONG. In the Lands Between it was never a hero's weapon: just a wedge of hard crystal ground sharp enough to pry more crystal out of a rock face. We think a blade whose original job description was "go back down the mine" earns as much display space as any greatsword.
The Crystal Knife is a dagger in Elden Ring — not a knight's blade but a miner's, made by grinding hard crystal to an edge and carried by the glintstone miners of Raya Lucaria. All that time spent cutting glintstone out of stone leaves a faint magic clinging to it. You'll find one in a chest deep inside the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel.
We built the Raya Lucaria mine in miniature for this shoot — a rock face grown through with glintstone, a wooden walkway climbing the left side, crates and barrels and a strongbox stacked where the work gets done, and a woven basket knocked over mid-haul with its ore spilled across the black grit. A miner's lantern hangs nearby with nobody left to carry it. Every photo on this page is a real camera shot taken inside that handbuilt set — no CGI, no renders, no borrowed art. Read the full forging story for the build log, including how we lit blue through the crystal without blowing out the blade.

Stand it against a pair of takeout chopsticks and you're close — 22cm (8.7") total, crystal tip to pommel spike. What the photos undersell is the mass. At 112g (4 oz) this is a lot of metal for something this short, and it lands in your hand with more authority than an 8.7-inch dagger has any business having. The in-hand photo gives you the honest read.
Each Crystal Knife is die-cast as a single solid zinc-alloy body — blade, grip wrap and pommel spike all leave the same mold — then hand-finished. The reason this one photographs so strangely is the blade face: it's a whole field of overlapping crystal facets shaped into the mold, so light breaks apart across it instead of sliding off the way it does on a flat blade. Edges stay blunt straight from the mold.
All three stands fit this one: Small Stand (+$2), Large Stand (+$3), or Vertical Stand (+$4). We'd take the Large Stand — laid flat, the faceted face catches light across its full width, which is the whole point of this blade. And if you want the other short blade in the catalogue that ruins people's day, the Black Knife is cast at 18cm.

About the length of a pair of takeout chopsticks, tip to tip. The surprise is the weight: 112g (4 oz) of solid zinc alloy in a blade that short reads dense rather than long. The in-hand photo above is the most honest look at it.
No — every edge and point is cast blunt straight from the mold. It's a solid die-cast display collectible, not a functional weapon, recommended for ages 14+.
In a chest inside the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel, in Liurnia of the Lakes — several levels down, in a side room watched over by Marionette Soldiers. It's the glintstone mine that shares its name with the Academy, and it's exactly the set we rebuilt in miniature for these photos.
All three work. The Large Stand (+$3) is our pick — laid flat, the faceted blade face catches light across its whole width. The Vertical Stand (+$4) presents it point-up like a mounted specimen, and the Small Stand (+$2) angles it into a tighter corner.
