How Big Is 22cm, Really?

About the length of a standard dinner knife, tip to end of handle — close enough that you likely have a real-world comparison already in a kitchen drawer. At 67g (2.4 oz) it's noticeably lighter than the ceremonial blade it eventually becomes, which fits a weapon built for years on the road rather than a single coronation. Cast, Not Cut

Each piece leaves the mold as a single die-cast zinc-alloy body, then the two of us hand-finish it. No swept wings, no fanned pommel — just a straight crossguard and a plain wrapped grip, cast clean and left exactly that plain on purpose. The scabbard is its own cast piece, with a small metal ring and chain at the tip, worn and functional rather than ornamental.
