What Is the Edge of Duality?

The Edge of Duality is a double-handed blade from a beloved open-world fantasy saga, originally forged using an ancient order's own craftsmanship for royal knights who'd never quite taken to that order's traditional single-edged swords. A blue-and-gold hilt, a black crossguard, and a watchful eye motif etched into both mark it as built for warriors who fight with both hands free.

A Torii Gate at the Edge of the Grove

We shot this one at the foot of a weathered wooden torii, stone steps climbing toward it and a bamboo grove rising dark behind. Paper prayer strips hang from a line strung across the frame, a pair of stone lanterns stand watch on either side, and a woven basket nearby holds a small harvest of miniature pumpkins and carrots — the kind any adventurer in this world would grab without a second thought. The blade rests against the rock at the base of the gate like it's been left there overnight.
