Cast, Not Cut

Both blades are die-cast as solid zinc-alloy bodies, then hand-finished — the engraved vine-and-script etching down each fuller is cast into the metal itself, not printed or painted on. The flame blade's red-wrapped grip and the frost blade's blue one are two separate finishes on the same mold, so the pair reads as a true matched set, not a hilt swap. Edges stay blunt straight out of the mold.
