The Armageddon replica measures 22cm (8.7"), weighs 128g (4.5 oz) in solid die-cast zinc alloy, and ships worldwide free from BlacksmithSONG. Layered pewter-gray plates, a violet inlay down the middle, three gold medallions and black lacing cross-wrapped over all of it — it reads like armor first and sword second. It’s also heavier than it has any right to be.

What is Armageddon?

Armageddon is a two-handed sword from Naxxramas: it drops from Gluth, and it also turns up in the Four Horsemen’s chest in the 25-player raid. It arrived with patch 3.0.2. Ours is an unofficial fan-art take on that World of Warcraft weapon, not affiliated with its makers. For the rest of the line-up, there’s our guide to the Azeroth weapons.

Shot by Us

Every photo on this page is ours — taken in our own studio, of the exact piece that ships to you. No CGI, no renders, no supplier images. The ruler shot and the in-hand shot are the quickest way to judge the size.

How Big Is 22cm, Really?

Just shy of a dinner knife’s length (about 24cm) — now picture that knife fattened up into armor plates. The weight does the rest: 128g (4.5 oz) sits a little under a baseball, and it feels denser than the photos suggest. The in-hand shot shows exactly how it lies across a palm.

The Metalwork

On Armageddon, the plate edges, rivets and the relief on each gold medallion are shaped in the mold, so every step of the blade has a real edge to catch the light. The surface is hand-finished in pewter-gray, with a violet inlay and gold-tone medallions. The black lacing and the short lanyard at the pommel are the soft touches on a very hard piece.

Choose Your Display

Blade only, or add a Small Stand (+$2), a Large Stand (+$3) or a Vertical Stand (+$4). The Small is a compact two-post rack, the Large adds a scrollwork base and a slant, and the Vertical stands it nearly upright. Browse the Azeroth Armory, or line it up with every metal sword we stock.

Free worldwide tracked shipping — about a 10-day median, longer if customs holds it — a foam-lined gift box, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Fan-made, unofficial, and not affiliated with anyone — the full story is on our fan art policy page. One two-hander in, and the armory finally has a backbone.

Naxxramas first, Icecrown next: Shadowmourne is the legendary two-handed axe tied to Icecrown Citadel. And if the weight is what hooked you, Apolyon, the Soul-Render is another two-hander, just two grams heavier at 130g.

FAQ: Armageddon Replica

Straight answers from the two of us at the forge.

How big is 22cm (8.7"), really?

Just shy of a dinner knife’s length — 8.7 inches tip to pommel — but far denser than a knife, at 128g (4.5 oz), a little under a baseball. The in-hand photo shows how it lies across a palm, and the ruler shot shows the full 22cm end to end.

Is the blade sharp?

No — every edge and point is cast blunt straight from the mold. It’s a solid die-cast display collectible, not a functional weapon, recommended for ages 14+.

Where does Armageddon drop?

Armageddon is a two-handed sword from Naxxramas: it drops from Gluth and also sits in the Four Horsemen’s chest in the 25-player raid, added in patch 3.0.2. Our 22cm (8.7") version is an unofficial fan-art take on that World of Warcraft weapon.

Which display stand suits Armageddon best?

The Large Stand (+$3) shows the full layered blade on a slant, with a scrollwork base. The Vertical Stand (+$4) stands it nearly upright on a compact oval base, and the Small Stand (+$2) is the simple two-post rack. All three are in the photos above, so you can see how each one looks before you pick.

Is this an officially licensed product?

No — and we say so on our own page. This is an unofficial fan-art collectible from a two-person studio, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any game, anime, or film company. There's no official packaging or certificate, because there isn't one to give you.

How long is shipping, and how can I pay?

Free worldwide tracked shipping. Typical delivery is about 10 days — the median across 150+ tracked deliveries, US and international alike — though customs can stretch a small share to three or four weeks. Payment options are shown at checkout. Every order carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.
