The Royal Guard's Spear replica measures 21.5cm (8.5"), weighs 43g (1.5 oz) in solid die-cast zinc alloy, and ships worldwide free from BlacksmithSONG. This one hits like a much bigger weapon than its size lets on — and by the game's own admission, it was never built to last a real fight.
The Royal Guard's Spear is a recurring polearm from a legendary hero saga, forged by a secretive order of ancient artisans using technology ahead of its time, meant to arm the elite sentries who guarded a besieged castle against a coming catastrophe. It hit like a far bigger weapon — but its makers cut a corner that cost it dearly.
We staged this one inside a gothic stronghold long since reduced to rubble — toppled stone columns, a torn banner still bearing a gold hawk-crest half-buried in the dust, and a dark corruption creeping through the cracked flagstones like it never stopped spreading. A cracked, broken shield lies discarded near a fallen pillar, proof that whoever stood their ground here didn't win. Bleached bone fragments rest in the debris, and one pale, blue-tipped bloom pushes up through the ruin anyway, refusing to notice any of it. This spear lies exactly where its last owner dropped it — not far from where Royal Guard's Sword fell in the same skirmish, with the greatsword from the same armory still unaccounted for somewhere in the rubble. Every photo on this page is a real shot inside that handcrafted set — no CGI, no renders. Read the full forging story for how we built the ruins.

Roughly the length of a pair of takeout chopsticks laid end to end, the Royal Guard's Spear replica is compact enough to grip one-handed — but at 43g (1.5 oz) of solid zinc alloy, it's got more heft than its slim, double-bladed silhouette suggests. The in-hand photo above shows exactly how much of your palm the crossguard and axe-head actually cover.
Each piece is die-cast as a single zinc-alloy body, then hand-finished. The twin heads — a slender spear point on one end, a hooked axe blade on the other — are shaped straight into the same mold pour, so the fine scrollwork along each edge holds its detail under close inspection. The wrapped grip and its gold joint bands are hand-finished for a two-tone look that reads as separate materials at a glance.
Spear only, or add a Small Stand (+$2), Large Stand (+$3), or Vertical Stand (+$4) — all three exist for this one. Given the full length of the shaft and its double-bladed silhouette, the Vertical Stand shows off both heads at once; the angled stands suit a lower, resting pose across a shelf instead.
